The purpose of this deed is to vest our one-seventh interest in the
_ one-half interest of our late mother, Hattie D. Manselle, deceased,
under the deed recorded in Deed Book 200, page 53 of the public
.r records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in our sister, the above
named grantee. -

The grantor herein covenants that the following named individuals
are the sole surviving heirs of Hattie D. Manselle who died
intestate on October 28, 1978 -Betty M. Brooks, William R. Mansell ,
Benson Q. Manselle, Eugene F. Manselle, Frances W. Johns and John G
Manselle, all children of the above named decedent.
