Before me, a Notary Public in and for the State of Florida
at large, this day personally appeared LORENE WATFORD , who
being first duly sworn, depose and say that she signed the fore-
going bailbond in the above-styled cau se as surety; that surety knows
the purpose for which said bond is given and the conditions contained
therein, and agree to the terms of the suretyship; that
is qualified as surety and is the sole owner of real
property dituated in St. Lucie County, Florida, the legal discription
and-value hereof set forth; that the said property is not exempt
from forced sale by the constitiution, and the laws of the State of
Florida, nor is it homesteaded; that the undersigned is not surety on
any other bonds; that the property herein described is free and
clear of encumbrances, except as noted, to-wit:
