COrtES NOW the Plaintiffs, WILLIAM E, ROGERS and RUBY B.
ROGERS, his wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys,
and move the Court to enter a Default Judgment against the
Defendant, EARLINE ANDREWS, in the above-entitled cause, upon
the ground that said Defendant failed to appear, plead or file
any written, defenses, as required by law, to .the Plaintiffs
herein after personal service of process was made upon said
Defendant.
