the Motion for Final Judgpnent of Garnishment and Motion

by the Clerk of this Court by virtue of the fact that the

~ ~ Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., failed to file
or serve any papers in response to the Writ of Garnishment
served on the Garnishee on June -12 1980. The pleadings
on file in this matter reveal that the Garnishee, BARRIE '
REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., is indebted~to the Defendants,
M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, under a certain
Note and Mortgage dated November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE {
REED',S AUTO PLAZA, INC., a Florida corporation, as Mortgagor
and M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, the Defendants
herein as tenants in common, are the Mortgagees; Said Mort a e
