FINAL JUDGMENT OF GARNISHMENT
AND ORDER TAXING COSTS CASE N0. 79-82-CA
the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 47., less the North 210-feet thereof
of the Subdivision of WHITE CITY, in
Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, as per plat of said subdivision
on file in Plat Book 1, page 23, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
The unpaid balance of the Mortgage is approximately
$80,000.00.- The monthly payment due under the Mortgage by ~
the Garnishee to the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, is $896.31, i
' and is payable on the 9th day of each month. At the hearing
I
held herein on the Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishment ~
~ and Motion to Tax Costs the Court was advised that the claim
i
against the Defendant, MARY ANN SKAGGS, has been settled and
~ this Final Judgment does not pertain to any amounts due and

MARY ANN SKAGGS. Additionally, it was brought to the Court's

{ attention that a Final Judgment was previously entered
C against the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, in Case No. 79-470-CA,

which was brought in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth

Judicial Circuit, In and For St. Lucie County, Florida. In
~ ;!.that Judgment, BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, was awarded a Judgment
f;
in the total amount of $9,SOO.OO.against the Defendant,
M. B. SKAGGS, and said Judgment provides that the amount of
the Judgment shall constitute a lien against the payments
due to M. B. SKAGGS under that certain Note and Mortgage.
referred to above in this Judgment and furthermore, provided
that M. B. SKAGGS shall pay BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE one-half
(1/2) of the monthly Mortgage payment which he receives from
the Garnishee herein, BARRIE REED'S. AUTO PLAZA, INC., under
that certain Note and Mortgage described above. After being
served with the Writ of Garnishment on June , 1980, the
~ ~ Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., deposited the
