ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Wife's
Second Amended. Motion for Contempt and the Court having heard ar~nnent
of counsel and taken testimony of witnesses, finds that the Husband
does not have the ability to pay the child support as ordered and
is not in willful contempt due to his unemployed status, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's Motion for Contempt
shall be and it is hereby denied.
D0~ AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of July, 1980.
