ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the wife's petition for
temporary relief, and upon the taking of testimony in open court,
and upon the admission into evidence of the signed separation and
property settlement agreement .which had been duly executed by the
parties, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The wife, DONNA J. YANGOREN, during the pendency of this
action, shall have the custody and control of the minor children of
the parties, HERMAN EDWARD YANGOREN, age 3 years, and KEVIN JAMES
YANGOREN, age 19 months.
2. The husband, HERMAN W. YANGOREN, shall have reasonable and
liberal visitation rights with said minor children.
3. The husband shall pay to the wife during the pendency of
this action child support in the amount of $25.00 per week per child
for the support of the minor children of the parties.
4. Neither of the minor children of the parties shall be taken
from the State of Florida during the pendency of this action without
the further-order of this Court.
5. During the pendency of this action, the wife shall have the
exclusive possession of the marital home located at 2173 Larchmont
Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida, in order that she may have adequate
shelter for the minor children of the parties and for herself.
6. During the pendency of this action, the wife shall have the
