perpendicular); thence run North 61 degrees 30 minutes East, along said
South line of Lot 2 a distance of 285.56 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue to rtm North 61 degrees 30. minutes East along said South
line of Lot 2 a distance of 85 feet; thence run North 28 degrees 3O minutes
' -West a distance of 135 feet.; ,thence run South 61 degrees 30 minutes West
a distance of 85 feet; thence run South 28 degrees 30 minutes East a
d ce of 135 feet to the point of beginning; being lot 5 of a Survey
of Lots 1 and 2 of MILLER'S SOBDIVISION, lying east of FEC Railroad,
8 made by Stafford and Brock, Surveyers, dated October 8, 1957.
o The Northerly 15 feet of the above described land being subject to
