AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Patricia L.
Neu, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:
1. She is the Vice President of Abstract ~ Title Corporation of
Florida, with offices at 205 South Second Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
2. On or about May 26, 1973, Falter E. Davis, who was then the
- manager of said office, prepared a Warranty Deed conveying
the following described property, to wit:
Lot 23, Block 91, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVE, according
to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14,.pages 12
and 12A through 12G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Said property was conveyed by Louis A. Gould and Gladys L. Gould,
his wife, and Judith E. Gould to Philip T. Waldbillig and Helen M.
- Haldbillig, his wife, which deed is recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County,-Florida, in O. R. Book 214, page 2988.
3. Through scriveners error, the name of Louis H. Gould was given as
Louis A. Gould in said deed, but the correct name should have
been given as Louis H. Gould.
