mortgagee the certain promissory note hereinafter substantially
copied or identified, to-wit:
PROMISSORY NOTE

$130,000.00 Orlando, Florida July 1, 1980
For value received we promise to pay to the order of GEORGE E. GUETTLER
and JEAN D. GUETTLER, his wife, Route 8, Box 770, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS with
interest from date at the rate of 12$ per annum, in periodic install-
1 ments as follows:
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1981; •
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1982;
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1983;
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1984;
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1985;
$19,087.16 on January 15, 1986;
$19,087.16 on January 15,,1987; and
$91,826.74 on January 15, 1988.
Each installment shall be first applied on the payment of interest and
then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in
the payment of any installment when due, then, at the option of the
holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments
shall be due and payable at once. No prepayment is permitted during
the year 1980. Prepayment, in whole or in part, is permitted after
January 1, 1981. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed
extension.

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives
demand, presentment, protest and notice of protest for nonpayment and
further agrees to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable
~ attorney's fee, in the event of any default hereunder.
~ This note shall not carry with it any personal liability of any of the
j makers hereof and payees herein shall look solely to the real property
described in the mortgage securing this note for their recourse in the
