under the mortgage or note referred to above.
• 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing hers shalt
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which art specifically reattinsed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound ~o the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagors) under said
¦+ortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ag•ees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
