BEFORE NE, an officer duly authorised in the State
and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments, personally ap-
peared ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of Circuit Court for St. Lucie .
County, Florida, to me well known, and who, upon being by me
first duly sworn, deposes and. says:
That there is only one FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION; that
it is recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 5, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That the purpose of this Affidavit is for the purpose
of correcting the plat-book and page as set forth in that
certain Warranty Deed recorded in O. R. Book 294, at page
1123-1125, of the public records of St.-Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
