PERSONAL .REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED -
THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of May, 1980 between ~
VICTORIA GERBEN, as Personal Representative of the Estate of b,
- ROBERT J. FOSTER, deceased, party of the first part, and
CHARLOTTE WOYSHVILLE, party of the second part, whose address
is 8202 Pine Grove Avenue, Palmer, Ohio 44129 ,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant
to the power of sale contained in the Last Will.of the
Decedent, and in consideration of the premises and the sum
of $10.00, and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
.conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, his
f heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida. described as:
Lot: 18, Block 1428 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 17,
a subdivision accordingg to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 8 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County,. Florida
