as security for the payment of a certain promissory note dated the 2 Sth day of June
A.D. 19 SO ,for the sum of five thousand five hundred thirty seven 28/io9ollars to be
paid in 84 monthly installments of sixt five 92/100 Dollars each,
beginning on the 10 day of August ~ 19 SO ~ and a like installment on
o the same date in each month thereafter until said note is paid in full and which note is signed by
Garv Keiter and Sandra Keiter, his wife ,and agree:

1. To mtke all payments required by that note end this mortgage promptly when due.
~ To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and eracumbranoes on that property promptly when due. If they are not promptlt
paid the Mortgsgae may pay them without waiving the opCron to foreclose, and such payments, with interest thereon from the
date of payment st the same rate as specified in that note, shell also be secured by this mortgtge. -
3. To keep all buildings now or hereafter on that land insured against damage by fire end liglttnirag in the sum secured ~
by this mortgage, by an insuror satisfactory to the Mortgagee, the inwrsnoe policy to be held by and payable to the Mortgagee.
If the mortgagors shell not do so, the Mortagsgse may do so without waivirg the opYan to foreclose, and the cost thereof, with ~
interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate ss specified in that note, shall also bs secured by this mortgage. If ~ ' GO

any sum becomes psyabb under such policy. the Mortgagee may apply it to the indebtedness axured by this rraortgage, or may _ _

4. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment, a deterioration of the mortgaged prope?ty. ~ •J`

6. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within thirty days after it becomes due, or if any agreement y ' _
