O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on June 23, 1980,
upon STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY's Motion
to Dismiss/Strike, and having considered the merits of said
motion, having entertained argument~of counsel in support of
their respective positions, and having otherwise been fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Motion to Dismiss of the Defendant, STATE FARM
MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, is hereby granted.

j (2) Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date
of entry of this Order within which to file an Amended Complaint.
(3) This Court reserves ruling until a later date on
STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY'S Motion to Strike
Plaintiff's claim for attorney's fees.
