O R D E R
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Motions of the Plaintiff, ADVANCE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, to
substitute as party plaintiff, CITICORP HOMEOWNERS, INC.,

G and to Sever the Trial of the main foreclosure action from the

Crossclaims and Third .Party Complaint of the Defendants, and
Third-Party Defendants, and the Court having considered the same,
hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Sever is granted in that the~main
foreclosure action is severed from all other claims; such Cross-
. claims and Third-Party Complaints to be tried at a subsequent
time;
2. The Motion to Substitute Party Plaintiff is
granted and the Plaintiff in this cause shall henceforth be
CITICORP HOMEOWNERS, INC.
