1. -That the Motion to Strike and Dismiss j
Paragraph 8 of Count I of the Amended Complaint is denied. ~
2. The Defendant's Motion to Strike Paragraph 14
is granted in part and the following language shall be deleted

from Paragraph 14 of Count II of the Amended Complaint, to-wit: '
" in exchange for the payment of $2,000.00
by MUTUAL OF OMAHA INSURANCE COMPANY".
3. The Motion to Dismiss Count II of the Amended
~ Complaint is denied and the Defendant,. MUTUAL OF OMAHA
INSURANCE COMPANY,-shall have twenty (20) days from the
date of this Order in which to file an Answer thereto.
