The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condoelir?ium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisioner the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitabler the Grantee hereby iapresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiul~ and its exhibitsr and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Cond~o¦liniurn and ita exhibits and
the purchase agreeasnt executed by the GYantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and induce>rents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
