The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of CondoiAiniua
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. brie Grantee agrees
to be bound by all o! said provisional the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitabler the Grantee hereby iapresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations

acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condaainiua+ and its exhibits and
the purchase agreewsnt executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and induceaents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
