hereby sells, assigns and transfers-unto THE OXFORD FINANCE -
COMPANIES, INC. all of its right, title and interest, in and to
and under all those certain Mortgage Modification Agreements
described and listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a r]X,r~
and the Mortgage thereby modified and described therein, -t7~~~'--
part hereof,/ recorded in the records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
well as to the land described therein and the indebtedness secured
thereby.
