Ths Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condoainium
described above, including the provisions of all-of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsi the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby ispresses
a lien upon the land and resl property described above, as security .for his obligations•
as described in said Declaration of Condcainium and its axhibitst and the Grantee-
- acknowledge• and agrees that said Declaration of Condosinfuw and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantgr and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and induceaents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above. •
