JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as. Trustee, dated December .
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation o him paid, ipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this day of 1980, releases from the lien of that

tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions .of that

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages 1133 through
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432
through 1435, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the _
