The Grantee by.acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condoainiu~
described above, including the proviaions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisioner the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and cquitables the Grantee hereby igpresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condos<inium and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration o! Condo¦~iniv, and its e~chibita and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of .the warranties,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above. -
