DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS
The following assets have been distributed to Wi111am.D. Walsh:
A. Under Paragraph SBCOND of the Will all of the personal effects as per receipt
dated September 22, 1978 f11ed herein.
B. The unpaid pYincipal and interest due on Mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book
162, Page 457, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida from William D. Walsh
to Lelia A. Walsh, as set forth in Paragraph FOURTH of the Will.
C. The home of the deceased in Balsam, North Carolina as set forth in Paragraph
SIXTH of the Will as per receipt dated May 7, 1979 of William D. Walsh, filed
herein.
The following assets have been distributed to Sun Bank of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of Lelia A. Walsh,
deceased, pursuant to Paragraph SEVENTH of said Will:
U. S. Treasury Series H. Bonds, cash, various certificates of deposit in
Citizens Federal Savings b Loan Association of St. Lucie County; First
Federal Savings ~ Loan Association of Delray Beach, Florida; First Federal
Savings ~ Loan Association of Ft. Pierce, Florida; First Federal Savings
~ Loan Association of Lake Worth, Florida; Indian River Federal Savings b
Loan Association of Indian River County, Vero Beach, Florida; Sun Bank of
St. Lucie County, Florida; checking account at Sun Bank of St. Lucie County,
