PETITION TO AHEND ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
DONALD J. PETRINE, as the duly appointed, qualif ied and acting
Personal Representative of the Last Will and Testament of PATRICIA A. PETRINE,
respectfully shows:
1. That this Court entered its Order authorizing sale of certain
property in the above styled estate to Kenneth D. Shivers and Rita D. Shivers,
his wife for the sum of $2,200.00 cash, less .tax proration and ordinary
expenses of seller in connection with said sale; that said Order was
entered by this court on May 23, 1980 and is recorded in Official Records
Book 331, Page 2833, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That through inadvertence the legal description of the property
to be sold was incorrectly described in said Order; that the correct description
of the property to be sold in adcordance with the copy of the contract attached
to the original Petition for authorization to sell real estate is as follows,

The East 84.4 feet of the North 70 feet of Lot 10 and the
North 70 feet of. Lot 11, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 54, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida..
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully prays the court to enter
its Order heretofore entered herein oa May 23, 1980 as hereinabove described
by substituting the following legal description for that contained in said
Order dated May 23, 1980, to wit:
The East 84.4 feet of the North 70 feet of Lot 10 and the
North 70 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARR SUBDIVISION,
as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 54, of the !i
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
