ORDER AMENDING ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATB
TRIS CAUSE coming on before this Court upon Petition of Donald
J. Petrine, as Personal Representative of the above estate and the Court
having previously determined by its Orrder dated May 23, 1980 that it is
necessary to sell the one-third interest of the estate in the property described
in the Petition, and consents of the interested parties having been heretofore
filed herein concerning the said sale; and it appearing that through inadvertence
an incorrect legal description was contained in said Order dated May 23, 1980,
and that it is appropriate that said Order be amdnded to show the correct
legal description of the property being conveyed to the buyers as is reflected
by the contract of sale attached to the original Petition to authorize sale
herein, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of this Court dated May 23, 1980
authorizing sale of real estate in the above styled estate by amended by deleting
~ the legal description set forth in said Order dated May 23, 1980 and substituting

~ in lieu thereof the following described property, to wit:
The East 84.4 feet of the North 70 feet-of Lot 10 and the
North 70 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARR SUBDIVISION,
as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 54, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Frlo~ri~d'a. -
DONE AND ORDERED this .3 day of ~~rRe; 1980, in Fort Pierce,
Florida .
