PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL REAL ESTATE-
The ~dersigoed, as Personal Representative of the abav~e estate,
alleges:
1. the Estate of CA~RII~ FRODE[,LY contains a residential home
in Part. St. Lucie, Florida described as Iot 4, Block 2, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECIZON
Ti~T1Y--FIVE (25) and said home has been appraised at $45,750,00. One of the
heirs to said Estate and daughter of the decedent, to-wit: LII~A FRODEtI,Y, would
like to p~achase said home for the sun of $45,750.00; provided she is able to
obtain~fir~ancing. Said attenQts to purchase the real estate by this heir have
been taking place far a considerable period of time. ,

2. This Coat is requested to authorize the sale of the asset
to this heir within the next thirty (30) days, Provided~tbe above-mentioned heir
can obtain the financing she needs to effectuate the purchase.
3. In the event said heir is unable to obtain necessary financ-
irwg to enable her to p~achase the above-described real estate, this Cotat i.s
~ requested to authorize the Personal Representative to sell the property to any

` qualified buyer as it is in the best interest of the estate to liquidate this
asset in order to meet the cost of administration. '
A ~'Py of the appraisal for said real estate is attached hereto.
W[~RII1i0RE Petitioner prays this Coat enter an Order allowitag the
Personal Representative to sell the property to the above-named heir, provided
she qualifies to purchase same and is able to close an same within thirty (30)
~ days frcm the date of this Coaat's Order and in the event she fails to so
qualify that this Coat authorize the Personal Representative to place the real
estate for sale on the open market.
