The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above e-
state, alleges:
1. The decedent, GLORIA A. WILLIAMS a resident of
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a on JUNE 22 I~3$~

23, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting con-
taining a complete revort of alI receipts and disbursements since
the commencement of administration of this estate,-or since the
date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers sigce
by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the fili R
of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, of other disposition of all claims and debts
liiat were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay
rent of all taxes and expenses or administration.
4. The amount of compensation to be raid to the Personal
-Representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or agents em-
ployed by the Personal Representative is set below:

the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this
court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations
for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. The only person other than Petitioner, having an in-
terest in this proceeding and the- respective address is:

7. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as stated below:
