Should the Veteran's Administration for any reason ~
fail or refuse to issue the Loan Guaranty Certlflcation
in accordance with the provision of the servicemen's
readjustment act of -1944, as amended, and the ~
Certificate of Commitment issued by the Veteran's
Administration to guarantee the loan secured by thls
Mortgage within 60 days of date hereof, the Mortgagee
may at its option declare all sums secured by this
Mortgage immediately due and payable.

Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and the rents, issues, and profits
of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to collect sad main
