Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thin Mortgage and
heroby sgroe to bs bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Froperty is located and {

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and {
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all :
rofersnces to the Property, Bocrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by referonce hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined heroin. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Bon~ower and Lender further covenant and agroe
as follows:
21. Futuro Advancers. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest theroon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidencxd by promissory notes stating that said
notes aro secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedr?esa secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed .
