pay late charges not to exceed 596 of the amount of any payment or payments in default.
ACCELERATION-In the event any installment of principal and interest is not paid when it becomes due, or the ha
peening of any
~ event of default, or in the event of the death of any maker, endorser or guarantor hereof, the principal sum (AMOUNT FINANCED)
~ remaining unpaid hereunder, together with all accrued and past due interest, plus the credit investigation fee itemized above, less any
~ rebates required by law, shall immediately and without notice become due and payable at the election of the holder at any time
~ thereafter.
The amounts referred to above have been computed upon the assumption that all installment payments will be made on the
respective scheduled due dates. The FINANCE CHARGE is.imposed on the unpaid outstanding balance of the AMOUNT FINANCED.
If any installment is not paid in full on such due date the undersigned will be obligated to pay such additional amounts as may become
payable by reason of the continuing accrual of FINANCE CHARGES at the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE designated above. Any
resulting charges accruing on account of failure to make timely payment on the due dates will cause increases in some of the amounts
designated above, and such aggregate increase shall be payable at the time of the last installment if wch charges do not cause the
amount of the last installment to exceed twice the amount of the designated monthly installment, otherwise the resulting charges
~ shall cause the number of payments to be extended, provided, however, that no wch extended installment payment shall exceed
twice the amount of the designated monthly installments. Any instalment payment made prior to any due date or dates, or any
prepayment, will cause decreases in some of the amounts designated above for the reason that the unpaid outstanding balance of the
AMOUNT FINANCED will be reduced and the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE designated above is applied to such reduced out-
• standing balance.
o The undersigned has the right to prepay this indebtedness, in whole or in part, without penalty at any time upon the payment of
accrued FINANCE CHARGES to the date of prepayment, provided, however, that any partial prepayment of principal shall be applied
to the installment or installments of principal last maturing hereunder. Upon prepayment, the undersigned shall obtain a refund of
the unused portion of the credit life and/or disability insurance premium included in the AMOUNT FINANCED computed under the
"Sum of the Digits" ("Rule of 78") method.
PROPERTY INSURANCE, if written in connection with this loan, may be obtained by the undersigned through any person of his
choice. Such insurance is not available through the above named bank.
CREDIT LIFE AND/OR DISABILITY fNSURANCE IS VOLUNTARY AND NOT REQUIRED FOR CREDIT. Such Insurance
coverage is available at the cost designated below for the term of the credit. Florida law requires that before any credit life insurance
may be sold, the creditor must advise the borrower that he has the option of assigning any other policy or policies the debtor owns or
may procure for the purpose of covering said loan and borrower is so advised.
