County, Florida, rtm South 00° 11' S0" east along the west line of the East one-half-
of said Lot 28 a distance of 352.48 feet to the point of beginning, thence run North
89° 40'' 26" east, b65.13 feet, thence rtm south 00° 05' 16" west, 307.52 feet, thence
run south 89° 40' 26" west, 533.65 feet to the North bank of canal number 58, thence
run north 55° 07" west, along the canal bank 158.79 feet to the west line of the East
one-half of aforesaid Lot 28, thence rtm north 00° 11' S0" west, 215.95 feet to the
point of beginning. SUBJECT to anon-exclusive access easement over the west 20 feet
of subject property to Joseph Boudrias and Margaret McCarty Boudrias, his wife, their
heirs or assigns.
