I, Philip B. Chovan, being of sound and disposing mind, mem-
ory and understanding, and capable of executing a valid deed or
contract, do hereby make, publish and declare this r.~y last will
and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all wills and testa-

mentary dispositions heretofore made by~me, in manner and form
f , .~~iirl~, that is to say

FIRST, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid by my executrix hereinafter named as soon after my
decease as shall be convenient; provided, that it shall be within
t tee,discretion of_my executrix to make all funeral, or cremation,
arrangements, and provided further that she is hereby authorized
to donate my body for medical research, if she so elects.
SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Laura A.
Chovan, all my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate, to which I may in any way be
entitled at the time of my death, to be hers for and during the
term of her natural life; and upon her death, I give, devise and
bequeath all of my aforesaid estate to my children, equally,
share and share alike, as tenants in common,
