of CYNTHIA ANN SPENCER , for a judgment changing her name
from CYNTHIA ANN SPENCER and it appears to the Court that
the Petitioner is an actual bona fide resident of St. Lucie -County,
Florida, and the Court, having jurisdiction, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Petition is granted.
2. That the name of CYNTHIA ANN SPENCER is changed
to CYNTHIA ANN SINES.
