I direct that all my just debts, including my funer~'I
expenses, expenses of my last illness and expenses of the ad-
ministration of my estate, including any estate or inheritance
tax; ,be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, out of the first
monies coming into his hands and available therefor.
ITEM II.
give, devise and bequeath alt my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, wherever situated, of .which I may
_ die seized or possessed, or to which I may be or become in any
way entitled or~have any interest, or over which I may have any
power of appointment, to my husband, STEWART V. CLEMENGER.

In the event that my husband, STEWART V. CLEMENGER,
shall predecease me, or in the event that we shall depart from
this life as a result of a common calamity or some other disaster,
I give, devise and bequeath~my entire estate to my children
named hereinafter, share and share alike, per stirpes: JOHN
CLEMENGER, ELIZABETH DERRY, SISTER JEAN VIANNEY, and STEWART .
CLEMENGER.
