ITEM IV.
hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
' STEWART V. CLEMENGER, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
and I hereby confer upon my Executor full power and authority
in all matters and questions, to-sell at .private or public sale,.
for cash or credit, and. otherwise dispose of all my property,.
either personal or real, at such times and upon such terms
as he may determine, all without order of Court .-or bond.
ITEM V.
In the event that my said husband, STEWART V. CLEMENGER,
should predecease me, or shall not elect to serve as my personal
representative, then in such an event, I hereby nominate, con-
. stitute and appoint my daughter, SISTER JEAN VIANNEY, as sub-
stitute Executrix, with the same powers as herein are given to
my husband, STEWART V. CLEMENGER.

C The foregoing instrument, consisting of two typewritten
pages, of -which this is the second, was on the-date hereof
signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Testatrix as
and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, and
we, in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto, we and each of us believing the said Testatrix
to be of sound mind. and memory. _
