OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said As$ignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the-Clerk oP
the Circuit Court. of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of_maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the s=aid Affidavit
