1~. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall
be entitled to apply for relYef by injunction in addition to any other
remedy and failure of tlae Grantor to enforce a restriction herein shall not
be deemed s wanisr of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior,
or subsequent breach, and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure
to enforce any restriction herein.
16. ail of ttie covenants and restrictions shall remain is force until
January 1, 1968, and shall be automatically renewed for each $ year period
thereafter unless owners of at least two=thirds of the lots in the deve-
lopment shall, at least_six months prior to any such renewal date, agree
in writing to a change in or an .abrogation of any of the above covenants,
and records such writing eo amending the aforesaid covenants.
