IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF
DAISY M. SOLOMON, Incompetent.
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property
of Daisy M. Solomon, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact that Daisy M. Solomon died
May 20, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a
full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all
the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the com-
mencement of this guardianship which return includes a statement of
the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that there are no persons to
be notified as the incompetent had no known ascendants or descend-
ants.
4. WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an Order be entered.
approving all accountings not previously approved and discharging
etitioner as ardian and releasing the surety on petitioner's bond,
