THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the motion of the .
Plaintiffs below set forth and the Court being advised that
the Public Sale took place on June 23, 1980, pursuant to the
Final Judgment heretofore entered in this cause and that the
property was bought by TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORP. in the sum
of $3,430.00 and that no objections have been filed to said
sale, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. There is due and owing to the Plaintiffs the sum
of $3,466.85 being the total sum found due under-the Final
Judgment, $3,387.98, interest thereon from May 30, 1980
to June 23, 1980 in the sum of $11.42, cost of publication
of notice of sale in the sum $42.45 and Clerk's fee for
conducting the sale in the sum of $25.00.
2. The Clerk of the Court be and he is~hereby
authorized and directed to pay $3,430.00 to the Plaintiff on
€ account of the monies owed to them as set forth in paragraph
