Lender the Tana of the Property, provided that Bonower shall. prior to soakration under psragraph 18 hereof or aba~doa-
ment of the Property. have the right to collect and retain such reaa as they become dus and payable.
Upon aooeletation under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the PropeAy. bender shah be entitled to have a
roceiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the renb of the
Property, including those past due. All Tana collectod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the coca of
management of the Property and collection of r+enb, including, but not limited to, r+eceiver's tea, premiums on receiver's
bonds and reawrubb attorney's fees, and than to the sums secured by this Mortpge. 'I?re receiver shall, be liable to account
only for those rona actually received:

Mortpge, may make Future Advance to Bonawer. Such Futuro Advances. with interat thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgap when eviderroed by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At rro time shall the principal
