plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 31, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record;
taxes for the year 1980 and thereafter; applicable zoning laws,
ordinances and regulations.
Subject also to that certain mortgage deed dated August 29, 1975,
as recorded in Official Record Book 243, Page 833, with a
~ present principal balance of $22,068.95 subject also to a second
purchase money mortgage to the Grantor in the original principal
amount of $7,931.05 delivered by the Grantee to the Grantor
