NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Grady Tomlin, Appellant,
appeals to the District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth
District, the Final Judgment of Dissolution dated March 17,
1980, the Order denying the Petition for Rehearing dated
April 8, 1980 and the Order dated June 12, 1980 amending
the Order dated April 8, 1980. The nature of the order is
a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, Order pertaining
to and denying Petition for Rehearing.
