AFFIDAVITS

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LEON D. MILLER, .ARTHUR MILLER, and BERTHA Z. MILLER, who sepa-
rately being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That they have personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein.
2. That they are all of the last board of directors of
M-W-G Corporation, a dissolved Florida corporation, and as such
are the trustees of the property of that corporation.
3. That they executed the warranty deed to which this
affidavit is appended as trustees of the property of M-W-G
Corporation; and further affiants sayeth not. t
