the 23rd day of May, 1974, to the first party hereof by the
second party hereof; thence run South 89°15'56" East approxi-
mately 2754 feet to the Savanna property of the City of Fort
Pierce; thence run North 1°46'46"-West 100 feet to a point;
thence run North 88°54'20" West approximately 2754 feet to
the East line of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence run South 00°01'06" ;
100 feet to the point of beginning..
