Grantor agrees that if grantee should secure the release of a
part of the above premises from the lien of the purchase money
mortgage and, if the :West 400 feet of the above 8escribed property
is not released from the lien of the mortgage, then grantor gives
and grants to grantee a non-exclusiv® right of way and easement
over and across theri~est 400 feet of the subject property for
ingress and agrees from U.S. Highway No. 1 to any property
released from the lien of the purchase-money mortgage.
Grantor does not and has not ever resided on the property des-
cribed above and the same is not his homestead.
