cribed property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit;
From the intersection of the East right of way line for U.S.
Highway No. 1 and the North line of Section 27, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; (said right
of way line being 152 feet West of the Northwest corner of the
Northeast l/4 of said Section 27), run South 88°54'20" East
along the North line of said Section 27, 400 feet; thence run -
South 00°01'06" East parallel with U.S. Highway No. 1, 1222.0
feet; thence run South 88°54'20" East, 400 feet to the point
of beginning; thence run South 00°01'06" East 300 feet; thence
run North 88°54'20" West, 800 feet to the East line of U.S.
Highway No. 1; thence run South 00°01'06" East 100 feet; thence
run South 88°54'20" East 400 feet; thence run South 00°01'06"
East, 1035.86 feet to the South line. of the Northeast 1/4 of
