part of the above premises from the lien of the purchase money
mortgage and, if the West 400 feet"of the above described property
is•not released from the lien of the mortgage, then grantor gives
and grants to grantee anon-exclusive right of way and easement
over and across the West 400 feet of the subject property for
ingress and egress from U. S. Highway No. 1 to any property
released from the lien of the purchase money mortgage.
Grantor does not and has'not ever resided on the property des- ,
cr~bed above and the same is not his homestead.
