An undivided one-fourth interest in and to the following des-
cribed property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
From the intersection of the East right of way line for U.S.
Highway No. 1 and the North line of Section 27, Township 35

of way line being 152 feet West of the Northwest corner of the

along the North line of said Section 27, 400 feet; thence run
South 00°01'06" East parallel with U.S. Highway No. 1, 1222.0
feet; thence run South 88°54'20" East, 400 feet to the point
of beginning; thence run South 00°01'06" East 300 feet; thence
run-North 88°54'20" West, 800 feet to the East line of U.S.
Highway No. 1; thence run_ South 00°01'06" East 100 feet; thence

by grantor to owners of contiguous properties for the use of
an existing drainage ditch which serves the above described
property as well as contiguous properties once owned by grantor.

FURTHER SUBJECT TO the easements set forth in that certain deed
from grantor herein, et al, to Lawrence C. Porter, Trustee, as
recorded in O.R. Book 216, page 2156, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

Reserving to the grantor the non-exclusive right in common with
(j grantee and others to the use of the aforesaid existing drainage `

tiguous property owned by grantor.
I~ This conveyance is subject to a purchase money mortgage of even
date herewith also subject to easements in Deed Book 74, page
! 300, and Deed Book 81, page 155, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
