part of the above premises from the lien of the purchase money
mortgage. and, if the i~Test 400 feet of the above described property
is not released from the lien of the mortgage, then grantor gives
and grants to grantee anon-exclusive right of way and easement
over and across the West 400 feet of the subject property for
ingress .and egress from U.3. Highway No. 1 to any property
released from the lien of the purchase money mortgage.
Grantor does not and has not ever resided on the property des-
cribed above and the same is not his homestead.
